By accessing or using ninkigenstudio.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

About Ninki Gen Studio

Ninki Gen Studio (UEN 53527055X) is a sole proprietorship of Lim Ying Min registered in Singapore, at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #11-22, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. The Site serves as our storefront and editorial home — distributing our finished tools, blog posts, and channel content.

Use of this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract Site content for republication elsewhere.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site.
• Use the Site in any way that disrupts its normal operation or that of our service providers.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Ninki Gen Studio.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, the "Ninki Gen Studio" name and logo, and all written and visual content on it are owned by Ninki Gen Studio or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or content beyond what's needed to browse the Site in a normal way.

Our products

Our products are made available through their own dedicated sites and apps, under their own, separate terms of use, which take precedence for that product. Bunshu is available through bunshu.com and the app stores, under its own terms at bunshu.com/terms. Bunshu Plus on the web is sold by Paddle as merchant of record, and in the apps by Apple or Google. These Terms govern the ninkigenstudio.com marketing site only, not the products themselves.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (including our Telegram channel and our products' own sites) that we don't control and aren't responsible for. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll send you the content you signed up for. People who tick the optional line on bunshu.com join it too. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting hello@ninkigenstudio.com.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though we work to keep it that way.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Ninki Gen Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ninki Gen Studio harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
